Along with this letter, I inform you that the package I have received according to the order. However, when the package was opened it was in a state of broken. As for the goods according to my order is 1 unit of large ceramic vases for Rp 1.050.000,00 seen on the long lines and thought the mark will break, so it is not worth to use.

Therefore, I intend to return it and apply for re-shipping via replacement of goods under new conditions. The document evidence that I attached a sheet of purchase invoice in order to facilitate in the process of completion.
